disable internet

i am using windows server 2003 and want to disable the internet on some users on my network plz provide how can do it.

or can i winroute and how can i setup user name and passwords for each user to access the internet when one opens the internet a popup window appear for username and password.

plz how can i do it with winroute or any other program or without program. i suffer from my colleges accessing the internet and i want to stop it.

    If your Server 2003 computer is the internet gateway, then you may disable other users internet access by the following:

    Start>Control Panel>Network Connections: Right Click your LAN connection (Not your internet connection) and click properties.
    Go to the Advanced tab, and uncheck the two checkboxes in the section titled "Internet connection sharing".

    Hope that solves it.

    Sorry, I thought you wanted to disable internet access to ALL users.

    install isa server 2000 on ur computer & allow access only to user & groups add local user in allow list when a user tries to connect thru isa it will ask for username paswd thn if he / she has the password of that local user that resides on ur isa machine can use internet
