Windows Server 2003 as a Time Server in a small LAN

Ok, I'll cut to the chase, we have a small LAN consisting of 8 Servers (All Server 2003), doing various things, 2 of which are Domain Controllers, 1 Primary DC and 1 Backup DC, we have approx 50 clients, all running XP SP2 (patched & up-to-date). What I would like is for the clients to get their time from 1 of the DC's, preferably the Primary DC and preferably the DC using a UK based Time Server as its external source.

how can i do this ?

Any help appreciated, cheers
