Hello!  I'm using Citrix PS4 on a 2K3 server.  There are some users who are not seeing their h:\ drive.   Our users are using the web client to connect to the server.  I was told any drive mapping on the local PC should be autocreated once sign on to the Citrix session.  This is an urgent matter as we are going live next week.  Any help will be appreciated.

I don't think network drives are intended to map in your session with Citrix, just local ones.  You can map a network drive (redirected through the ICA client) via

    net use H: \\client\h$

"client" will redirect back to the user's pc.

You can set up policies to connect your local and network drives to the Citrix client. Only problem is that the Citrix policies don't let you do that. You will need to use the Server 2003 policies and tell that policy that it should map all your drives, then it should be working..

Although i agree with BLipman, youd better create a loginscript in Citrix (or TS) and make sure to create a H drive within their Citrix Session. Best one to use is Kixtart, because it's quite simple to use and it has a lot of possibilities...

There is a policy in Presentation Server 4 that allows for "Remote Drive Mapping"; you can check that out and see if it help.
