Printer problem - Zerox Phaser 8400N

My Zerox Phaser 8400N printer has suddenly stopped printing over our network (TCP/IP ), (Windows 2003 server). It has printed fine over this network for 2 yrs.

- I can ping it successfully from any computer in the office.
- I can print a Demo page from the printer's web interface at, from any workstation.
- I can print out the Configuration page using the menu panel on the printer itself.
- But, print jobs sent from any workstation, of any type, to this printer just sit in the que and stack up, and eventually error out.

    Will it print if configured to print by IP from Workstations?  If so could be something in the printer configuration.  Sounds like everything is talking and the problem may very well be a configuration issue.

    The printer IP address is set on the server. Nothing has changed in the printer configuration.

    I thought nothing in the printer configuration had changed, but you were on the right track.  I checked printer & server and the IP addresses didn't match.  I matched the IP's for both and now it prints again.  weird though, that printer has been set up the same way, and worked fine, for 2 years & I'm the only one with server access.  I'm not sure how that could have even happened...
