Is there a way I could add a header dynamically to a PDF?

Basically, I am printing a long PDF document from the web. I am not the author of this document, so I cannot change it. I only have the Acrobat Reader in IE.  All I need is to add my name "XYZ" and a page number on every page of that PDF document while printing it. Can this be done and if yes, how?

well, not so easily possible. u need a pdf editing tool expensive! even then it takes some time to add numbering &  a lot of work to add header /footer ......

but there is a workaround.
open notepad
now press enter as much as many blank pages you need to print in notepad window
file > page setup
edit the header /footer option as you desire
use these  'blank pages' to print the pdf.

so u are printing header/footer once and the pdf later. u can use other editing software like word as well if u need more fancy header/footer.
