crystal reports 11 parameter List of Values failure

I get the following error when trying to run a report that has a list of date values in a parameter field for the user to pick from:
List of Values failure: fail to get values. [Cause of error: initializationEx RuntimeException:Sorry, you do not have the right to 'Edit objects' (id - 6) for 'RecDate_1' (id - 899). Please contact your system or permissions administrator if you require this right.]
The report works fine from the client but not after saving it to the Enterprise folder and trying to run from the web.

    I got this figured out. I had to create a new group and give the proper permissions to it and then put the user in that group. Thanks
