how do I see a breakdown of storage usage on a share?

My server has many shares - one being personal drives for staff.

Is there an easy way to see how much disk space each folder on this share holds?

I want to see at a glance if possible how much data staff are storing on the network in their personal folders.

    You have a few options:

    1.  If you are using R2 then you can run reports inside the FSRM
    2.  Foldersizes is a great 3rd party utility =
    3.  Quest offers a free Storage Assessment tool that will do it too:

Quest makes really great tools and I am downloading/trying the storage assessment tool now.

Foldersizes is a great tool - easy to use and visually gives me exactly what I was looking for.

Quest tool, although detailed much larger on disk and doesn't get me exactly what i want.

    Thanks for your help.
