Documents Count
When I check a particular user database properties (Client & Server) I can see the number of Documents is 2340 . For some reasons when I do a View ALL Documents (Client & Server) the number of documents is 890. The reason I'm asking is because I just can't get the disk space down even after compacting. Am I missing somrthing here ?
Can anyone help ?

I come from a long line of users with 5000 emails sitting in their inbox. :) Some from 1996....
I especially like when they complain that it takes too long for their email to open. Might want to automate the empty trash... The other thing I disabled was the automatic save... :) It asks each time.

one possibility is that the database has docs with Readers field which does not include as a member. another might be due to orphan docs (response docs without parents). try to change the view not to display response docs in hierarchy to include the response docs in the view.
hope this helps.
