Are you on the same subnet?
Are the ones you can access on the same subnet?
    Is the firewall on?
Can you ping the ones you can access?

The main machine that we need to access is Windows 2000 pro workstation. Its on the same subnet, no firewall and can be accessed anywhere inside the network but not externally. The external side can browse the servers etc just not this one machine mainly????

My aplogies the idiots had put the wrong gateway in so the machine could not see the internet itself never mind them seeing it!
