How do you setup proxy for clients using DNS on Windows 2003 server?

In DNS, in your forward lookup zone of your domain, you add an alias called Wpad and withing the alias in the field 'FQDN for the target host', you fill in the name of your proxy.
Also, make sure that the clients are configured for autodiscovery.
I don't have much experience with setting up the proxy itself, can't help you there.
