Help me find regeditSTG.exe

I just got myself a new Qtek 8310.
In order to use activesync directly with our Exchange server, I need to install the root certficate.

So i need to find regeditSTG.exe somewhere - but I haven't succeeded yet.
Does anyone have a clue???
