Greetings, quoclan !

What trouble shooting steps have you taken?

Uninstall Babylon.  Clean up installation with Windows Installer cleanup utility.

Then reinstall Babylon.

Best wishes!

guoclan,

The problem is due to a corrupted file.  When you reinstall Babylon the first time, you did not use Windows Installer cleanup utility to remove the remaining bits left in folders and registry.
