Folks,<br />

I have a SBS2003 installation. &nbsp;I've put an excel file in the Public Folder store, at:<br />

PF-Store\All Folders\FolderName\Sheet1.<wbr />xls <br />
<br />
Writes and reads just fine using the Outlook (2003) client. &nbsp;OWA is barfing..<br />
<br />
I can logon to OWA, with SSL, Forms Based, no problem. &nbsp;I can access the public folders. &nbsp;I can browse to the folder containing Sheet1.xls. &nbsp;When I &quot;open&quot; Sheet1.xls, using IE, I am greeted by this error:<br />

You are not authorized to view this page <br />
You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied. <br />
&lt;snip&gt; HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden <br />

Can't see anything obvious in IIS manager.. &nbsp;help would be appreciated!
