Right To Left Menu in C#

i am developing a windows application in arabic language
i set the RightToLeft property of the Form and menu to 'Yes'
and the windowState to 'Maximized'

when i run the application the menu items in the menu bar are put in reverse order

when refresh the form (switch to another window and the to the application again) the menu items are ordered properly

i want to know what causes this problem
and how to solve it

Sounds like a bug

Try setting it to left-to-right at design time, and use code to change to to r-t-l -- also try putting a form refresh (invalidate) in code after form loads.

If you are already setting the property in code, then either try it at design time (in VS) or be sure to invalidate the form after making the setting.
