WSUS related NT AUTHORITY/NETWORK SERVICE problem

WSUS will not download updates due to event Id 364.
I have a sonicwall and have made the changes and additions suggested.
I have checked BITS and it is ok.
I am using the default websight.
I am running server2003 R2
NETWORK SERVICE has read & write permission on the WSUS content folder.
My problem is in services under run as  NT AUTH /NETWORK SERVICE  it is asking for a password. I dont know how to fix that.

Also how do I add NETWORK SERVICE  permissions if that account is not showing up in AD?

It's simply NETWORK when you type it in.

You grant Full Permissions to NETWORK (You can click on Advanced > Find to list all the possible "users" that can be selected and you'll see NETWORK there).

FYI, if you ever needed to change a service to NT AUTHORITY/NETWORK SERVICES, you would leave the password blank as there isn't one.
