SQL 2005 Max 2 User connections - need more

Please help! I am new to SQL.
I have a windows 2003 server with SQL 2005. All service packs and updates. I recently added VERITAS backup agent to do daily backups properly. I rebooted the PC after being up for 66 days. After the reboot I get the following message:
Could not connect because the maximum number of '2' user connections has already been reached. The system administrator can use sp_configure to increase the maximum value. The connection has been closed. [CLIENT: <local machine>]

I have tried to login to SQl server management studio, but it does not let me
I have tried using the sp_configure with in Analysis services, no luck
I have tried the run command
I have tried from the CMD prompt – sp_configure is not recognized!

Any suggestions?
Thank you in advanced!

The answer was to disable the network cards and then open up "SQl Server Management Studio". Once I disabled the two network cards I was able to get the properties and make the connections adjustment. After rebooting the PC everything is now working. Hope this will help someone else in the future!

Thank you,
