Microstrategy 8

I think that the Microstrategy 8 is a powerful tool. I have one question though. Do you know what is pixel perfect reporting, that is something I haven't heard of before.

Sorry I wasn't clearer in my last post...I didn't mean for you to open up another question.  What I meant by 'pixel perfect reporting' is often referred to as 'WYSIWYG' or 'What you see if what you get'.

For example, in SQL Server reporting Services you might create a report that looks one way on your screen but looks different when printed.  Therefore you have to keep printing and tweaking the report over and over again until you get what you want.

Starting in version 8.0 Microstrategy began offering pixel-perfect or WYSIWYG reporting through their Reporting Services module--> (http://www.microstrategy.com/Software/Products/Service_Modules/Report_Services/).  This kind of reporting is important for presentations or executive viewing. This kind of reporting is not important if your data will primarily be viewed in a web browser or exported to excel.
