I'm looking for a device like this:

The only thing that is wrong with that device is that it requires it's own host (or server side) software component to make it work.  What I'm looking for is an LCD terminal that basically connects to windows terminal services so I do not have to load any additional software on my terminal server to act as a "host" to this terminal.  Do things like this exist?

I believe what you are looking for are called 'WinTerms'  basically windows thin clients to connect to the server directly.  There are quite a few varieties

Check out,

Another list with some pricing,

I think the only one built into the LCD is the WT9650XE,  it is more expensive than the unit in your link.
