What would I need to do if my Inbox is showing a message &quot;Last updated on May 1, 2006 10:30 am&quot; instead of the &quot;This folder is up to date&quot; which is shown on the bottm right hand corner of the Outlook program next to the Connected option?<br />

The user is unable to receive any new messages when this message shows up and how do I resolve it?<br />

Also, what would cause this message to come up since I have been seeing this on other subfolders as well. <br />
