Unable to edit or add to my calendar

I am unable to edit or change my calendar and I am not sure why it is doing ths? I am runnign Exchange 2000 Enterprise and using MS Outlook 2003 on the desktops.

Everything works fine in Outlook except for my Calendar as far as editing, adding.
