Hardware RAID 1

I am going to implement a Hardware RAID 1 on one of my servers. I am looking for a really good RAID 1 controller. IDE perferably. Anyone have good suggestions? I've used these cheap $20 ones but not to key on them.

3Ware Escalade are among the top-notch RAID cards for servers, as well as LSI MegaRAID.  If you want something cheaper, the Promise SX4000 will also do a good job.

I would suggest Adaptec or 3ware.
Agree with both Callandor and leew => 3Ware is tough to beat in the "really good" category.

You also didn't specify which bus you need to connect to, but I'm assuming you want a PCI card.  If so, here's a good 3Ware IDE RAID card:  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16816116019

I have personally used this Promise card and found it to be very good as well -- for a bit less than a 3Ware:  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16816102036
Well i partialy agree, first off IDE is not "a rilly good one".
SATA 2 or SCSI are your best bests, SCSI is expensive but there is a reason for it.
I only use Adaptec gear.
