SuSE 10.1 Installation Sources???

I know there are updates out there that I am not getting. I was just wondering how do I set up my installation sources?
If I right click on the Software Updater icon on the bottom right of my screen and click configure and under the services tab, I have no services.
Is this something I need to add so I can get updates and possibly updates for package dependencies?
