This question is very important.  We have a windows 2003 small business server.  When we login from the outside we can see our servers and workstations, however, when we click on a server or workstation to create RDP connection it does not do anything or comes up with a blank screen.

That's because the RDP connections are NOT tunnelled through the server and do NOT work over HTTP/HTTPS.
All it is is a "regular" RDP client that is loaded from a web-page; you still need to be able to
a) resolve the hostnames
b) directly connect to the RDP servers on port 3389 from the PC you initiate the connection with.

In other words: you'll need to publish each PC's RDP port you want to connect to to the Internet with a different port or different public IP addres.

It doesn't; it's TSWeb I'm talking about. Quote: "when we click on a server or workstation to create RDP connection" -that's what TSWeb is for.
If it's something else you're trying to do, please explain.

Well, the story is still true where ever you click, for RDP connections (AS YOU STATED IN YOUR QUESTION).
