Exchange 2003 - force calendar entries

In Exchange 2003- as an administrator is there way to create calendar entries in everyones calendar without sending out an invite to those users?  Internal Exchange users only.  thanks

    You could look at a custom holiday list and send that out to the users, but that is about your only option.
    The Office Resource Kit web site has the instructions on how to send out a holiday file. They are usually used to put in local public holidays.
