CDONTS SMTP Email Problem

Hello All,

We are sending out emails from a web application (when someone registers) on a standalone web server running Windows 2000 using the built in IIS SMTP and CDONTS. Most mail goes through fine but sometimes the event logs show Error 4000 - Unable to bind to the destination server in DNS or Unable to successfuly connect to the remote server. Would like to get these cleared up asap.

Thanks in advance.

Are you sure your users are entering their email address correctly? This could be caused by a typo.
