Converting C# code to ABAP code

    I need to urgently convert C# code to ABAP code. Can anyone suggest a tool or any process to do the same.

Since ABAP is closer to VB, I would suggest converting the code to VB.Net and then using global search & replace (using regular expressions) to convert to ABAP.   You could possibly script it using GREP, SED or AWK (Unix utilities can be downloaded for PC at http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/)
