analyzing jetty request logs

I use the Jetty 5 app server. It generates request logs and I'd like a tool that could analyze those logs and show me traffic stats (peak usage times, histogram of hit traffic, unique user counts (by ip), hits by page, etc.)

If possible it'd be nice if it was a java app that I could customize, but I'd be happy with anything that I could just drop in and have work.
