Datagrid insert/modify/delete

I have a datagrid bound to a dataset I created in code (so the insert/update/delete commands are not created since I did not add the datagrid to a form, which i cannot do because it is created in a class).

How can I update the changes (insert/update/delete) to my database??

it is based on an access database but if you are using sql server then simply replace the OLEdb objects for their SQLClient counterparts.
