Addressbook on Server

Hello Experts

I wanted some people to access to my local addressbook (names.nsf) and modify their details. Therefore I added Anonymous in ACL with Editor access and moved it to our server.

I have made some changes in "Contact | Person" form. I inserted some field e.g. DocID, SendStatus etc.

I have made some changes in "Contacts | People" view. I inserted some extra columns e.g. Last Updated on etc.

Addressbook works fine when people access their documents and update their details.

On every morning when I open the addressbook, I find the old Contact form and Contacts view. Lotus Notes Template Developement/Lotus notes appears in 'Last Modified By' column of both elements. I dont find my added fields in the contact form and I dont see my inserted columns in the contacts view.

It happens every morning. Any solution how to stop it? I'm tired of making the same changes every morning.

Thanks in advance.

Lotus IBM

Lotus Software produced the Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet program, and later developed Lotus Notes, a groupware and email system. Following its acquisition by IBM, the Notes and Domino client/server collaborative platform were expanded to include functions such as email, calendars, to-do lists, contacts management, teamrooms, discussion forums, file sharing, microblogging, instant messaging, blogs, and user directories. IBM also release SmartSuite, a comprehensive office suite, and followed that with Symphony, unrelated to the Lotus suite of the same name.
