Format display.

Hi i have a dataset that i am displaying on crystal report in the standard format...

rec  |  name
1        john
2        steve
3        dave
4        Kim

How can i display like this...

1     john        3      dave
2     steve       4      Kim

Can i do this in crystal or will i be better playing with my datatable to get the correct format?

I am using crystal in VS 2005 c#.
Thanks
Steve

In your Details section do a right-click:Properties, and on the Common tab you will see a 'Format with Multiple Columns' checkbox.
Check it, edit to taste the values in the Layout tab, and hit Ok.
