Multiple Exchange Mailbox store

I am not entirely sure if this is an AD or Exchange issue because it seems to cross platofrms.  I created a new mailbox store for use with a Frontbridge Email Archiving and Journaling System.  Now when I go to create users in Active Directory, the new Archiving store comes up as the first option in AD when creating an exchange account.  It is not a critical issue but the Help Desk is complaining that they had put maybe a dozen new accounts in the wrong store.  Is there anyway to change the order in which the stores show up during the create new user process in AD users and Comp?

I see.  It was the alphabetical order of the store names that was making it show up second.  Don't I feel stupid.  I renamed it to something alphabetically lower than our default and now the default shows up as the first option.  Oh boy. But thanks for answering my question.
