see this site it will help a bit

The best that any software or hardware can do outside of the factory is map bad spots as unreadable so that the hard drive will not use them.  Whatever device you found before was not fixing bad spots; it was merely marking them as bad, which software can do.  A true hardware error on a disk platter would require replacement of the platter to get rid of it.
I think it is look like refurbish equipment it is small equipment any can help me to find it.
At the price of hard drives today, it is better to replace them rather than try and keep a failing drive running.

If you are looking for data recovery, that is a lot different than just disk repair, since most didk repair tools just map the bad sectors to a "do not use" list.
no, I have thousand of hard disk drive some all are bad sector, that why I am looking for that device.
The idea of repairing or fixing HDD specially when you have Bad sectors located on your HD doesn't exactly means fixing it, It means to check the bad block so next time when windows read, write or copy files between sectors it doesnt come close to the bad sectors, or cluster as this is not software matter it's a physical errors caused by low PWU sometimes and other times its due to the HDD itself is being used for enough time...

There's a bunch of diagnostics software that can test and fix your HDD, I notice in alot of threads that knopix is used for this purpose... but i'll provide some links to useful websites which I use for my own HDD..

I think every hard disk producer has its own testing device, there are big differences between hards that you could find such a wonder device to fix them all in 20 s :). Spinrite is the best ever, and can work days to a single hard and if it's full of bads can take much more.
What go wrong with them is bad on sector 0.
Usually it can not be marked bad and replaced and the hard is finished then, as sector 0 is the first place where BIOS accesses after restart.
Fortunately i was said s 0 can be replaced through software, i dono what's its name and i'm not sure.
Another method to fix a hard was changing plates under an exhausted chamber, a too much delicate thing for the actual hard prices and for the chances to succeed.
Maybe the Hard Disk Repair Equipment for IDE just test some ide functions of the electronic board.
