GBP lcd help needed


i have teared apart my gameboy pocket, and then i came across this lcd in it:

(this is not my site)

i want to connect this to my printer port, and control it.

problem is that i don't know where to start.

i found this image:

but it has the wrong number of pins


any help will be appreciated!

Have you noticed, on that Picture, that there are two versions, Early and Late ?

That could be your answer !

yeah i noticed, but mine has the number LH 507781

and that is not the early and not the late, so i think that pic is of a different version....
