No network provider accepted the given network path

When I try to open a computer using \\computer from windows server 2003, i get the error message "No network provider accepted the given network path." The reason I did this was to map this computer to the server. When I try the same command line from a computer it works fine.

can you browse the machine through \\<ip address> if you can access then it is mostly because of Name Resolution Problem.

If you cant even access through IP Address also then try this

IT is not working even through the ip address. Is there a different way to do without restarting the server.
