Is In the Next X days in formula

Have a view that I am having trouble with, I want it to display all records that have a refresh date that is in the next 50 days and that do not have "done" in a flag I use so a tracer email is only sent once. The agent will then look at all the records in this view. I have several test records with a date of 5/31 which is in the 50 day window and have nothing in the t50_flag. These records should appear in this view, but I am getting nothing. Any help is appreciated. I have tried it both as <= and >= and get nothing either way.

SELECT (refresh_date <= @Adjust(@Today;0;0;50;0;0;0)) & t50_flag!= "done"
