Exchange 2003 "SBS" set up distribution group would like to know how to have the distribution group email be the email that is showed for outgoing

My question is if i setup a distribution group and it's call "" I add serveral users to this group. they all get the email coming in fine. I just don't know how to make the "" show up as there return address. it only shows the login name@ for the return address.

You would have received a faster response in the Exchange Server topic area.

We all volunteers, no one is paid to answer the questions. Your question must have been missed by some of the others, plus this TA isn't core Exchange.

As for your question, you need to set the "Send As" permissions to allow the users to send as the group, and then use the From field in Outlook to enter the group.
Open up ADUC, choose View, and select Advanced Options.
Then open up the properties of the group and click on the Security tab. You can now add users to the list and give them the "Send As" permission.
