I have setup a pop3 account for my outbound mail. The reason I did this is to circumvent a couple companies blacklist I do business with and also to get rid of the massive amount of spam I have been recieving. When I go to send a message through the pop3 account in MS Outlook 2003, the message comes back as undeliverable because it hits the blacklist. I figured out that I am still sending under my old IP address but I am sending through the new pop3 account. How can I change it to go through the new IP address and not the old one? I have Microsoft Exchange Server for my local network and the pop3 account for incoming and outbound.
