Video card Setting and Wireless Router

I know this is going to sound rediculous but I setup a wireless Linksys router for a customer and after doing so the video cards on the computer went down to 4 bit. Then when you go to the video card setting they change back to th 32 bit

backup - you say that the setting went down to 4 bit, but then in checking the setting its at 32 bit - how do you know its 4 but if when you check its at 32 bit?

what happens when you cancel the video settings, does the color revert to 4 bit?  have you checked the drivers for the video card?

sorry when I go into the video settings and change them back to normal they work for the time. Then they change back to 4 bit randomly.  The customer said if they reset the router it will fix itself. They are running a unix terminal and im not sure if that has anything to do with it. Also it hapens to 5 people.
Are all 5 people using the same type of system?  What video card is it if they are all the same?

Was any new software installed when you put the new router in?  I would try to reinstall the video card drivers.
They are all different video card and there all not new systems they all worked fine untill the wireless was installed
Did you install wireless cards in these computers or were these computers left untouched?

Also, just to cover all the bases, did you do a virus scan?
wel, did you have to install drivers for the wireless cards?  if the wireless was the catalyst to this problem, i would check those drivers first.

I fgured it out the shortcut to the terminal program was set wrong and the settings was 256 and 640 x 480
would have been nice to know you were having this problem on a terminal server from the beginning.

It was not a terminal server its was a unix program
agreed
