How to add an alias to Exchange Server 2003

Can any body tell me how to add an alias to a user on one domain like a@domain.com is also b@domain.com  on MS exchange 2003

In Active Directory, right-click on the user -> Properties -> E-mail Addresses -> New -> SMTP Address

and add the second address. The user will then receive mail addressed to either of the two addresses.
