Can I disable a user rule in Exchange Server?

A user returned to the office after a long leave, 3000 mails was in her inbox in Outlook, and the program hangs at "cannot apply rule...". Can I as the admin disable user rules?

Win SBS 2003 + Outlook 2000 at the clients

Disabling the rules as Admin is complex.
One thing you could try first is to let the user disable the rule(s) through Outlook Web Access first.

Nice, I thought of that but I couldnt access OWA, but our ordinary OWA-adress wasnt avaliable for some reason (perhaps I will get back here with that issue), your answer made me try to find other ways, and I did (just accessed it with http://[server]/exchange)

I found the error in the rule and fixed it, so now the user are on the road again. Thanx!
