Frontpage 2003 e-mail web form - need to modify subject line to include the contents of one of the fields, plus additional wording prepended

We have a Frontpage 2003 web form on our intranet that HR uses to send new hire requests to IT.   Once filled out and submitted, it sends an e-mail to the Help Desk mailbox with the information.   I would like to modify the subject line in that e-mail to include the field called FullName, but I want to prepend that with the words "New Hire Notification - ".   So, the subject line would be something like "New Hire Notification - Joe User".

I have figured out how to add either the FullName field, OR the words "New Hire Notification".  It seems I can do one or the other, but not both, which is what I want.

Thanks for your help!

I've read some articles about someone doing this with hidden fields?  Anyone know how to accomplish this?

You would need to use a server side script with JMail - Frontpage form handler cannot support it

the answer is FP itself won't do this.  We tried to get more information from the OP to maybe offer an alternative, but unfortunately that could not be done
