Windows SBS 2003 Printing Delays on 3 Clients the rest seem ok!

I'm running approximately 17 clients on a SBS 2003 server. I have 3 clients that experience long delays when trying to print to network printers. I have printed from other clients with no issues. Here is an exact senerio using Microsoft Streets and Trips 2005. You try to print a map, hit ok and it seems like the PC locks up. You close the application and hit end not and do not send info. Then 5 minutes later it will print to the selected printer. This is also true when trying to print the contents of a webpage. I have spent all morning researching and trying things to no avail. I hope we can figure this out soon as it is a function needed in this department.

Thanks,
Mike S.

I'll dig through them today and see what I can find. I did bring one of the problematic Laptop up to my office and had the same issues so it seems to be a machine specific problem on these 3 particular machines. I'm going to run some more tests and will get back.
Here is something I found in the logs. I actually installed MS Streets & Tips and tried printing from my laptop and got the same results. Here is the info from this issue.

Hanging Application Street.exe version 12.0.7.1200. hang module hungapp. version 0.0.0.0. hang address 0x00000000.

Catagory: (101)
Event: 1002
I solved my issue! Both my NIC card in the server were set to 100 full duplex. I change both back to Auto and the printing issues went away.

I gave you the 500 points as you were the only one that answered. What helped me is you got me looking through the event logs even though it did not find my problem. I just decided to see what the NIC setting were set at on the PC.
ah awesome thankyou :)
