This question has been asked here before but the Microsoft KB article with the answer is not available any longer.  Can anyone tell me how to change the time zone settings in Outlook without affecting every appointment in a users calendar by one hour?  I have a co-worker who has meetings scheduled for the rest of the year and we recently noticed her Outlook didn't get updated to reflect the new DST changes for Indiana.

Greetings, bwooden !

From this article,

You will have to manually change the appointments if you created the appointment before April 2.

Best wishes!
