autoforwarding email

I have some clients (on the same domain) who want email sent to a single outlook email address, autoforwarded to one or more email addresses. For example:
We have this email address info@sample.com that is published to our Parishoners so they can email questions to one of our staff for answers. Rather than having someone monitoring this email address i would like it autoforwarded to several staff (like staff1@sample.com and staff2@sample.com)who can then each monitor the email that comes. The staff doesn't want to close outlook and then launch it again under a different profile.

I don't know enough about exchange to know where to put the autoforward rules in this case. I know how to autoforward email that comes to my email address but that's local to my account.

I don't know if this makes sense or not.

Greetings, ronfast.

Create a public folder and mail enable it.  Using the folder management tool (that's not the correct name, but I can't remember what it is and am not near an Exchange server at the moment to look it up) create a rule that forwards all arriving messages to whatever addresses you choose.

Cheers!
