How to setup a backup routine to backup a local folder to SBS2003 server when the user logs off

Hi all,

I have a client that is currently using Actinic v7 with an integrated link to Sage Line 50 that works fine.  Actinic apparently needs to remain a local installation for it to maintain a correct link with Sage Line 50 so I cannot backup the relevent folders in Actinic on the SBS server.

Can a routine be built (batch file?) that backs up a folder within the C: drive installation of Actinic on the server every night when the user logs off or exits from Actinic or can someone advise me as to the best way to back up the folder every night.

Many thanks.

Assuming Actinic is running on a Windows XP Pro machine, why don't you just schedule a backup on that machine using NTBackup for whatever you want to a mapped location on your SBS?

    Thanks Jeff,

Simple and straightforward, I was looking for the complicated option!

    :-)  I'm rather simple minded.
