Fax Console (Email routing not working)

Hi All,

I'm having a problem when setting up faxing on SBS 2003 SP1. First off all I could not run the config wizard, so after reading a previous question, I un-installed and re-installed the fax service under add or removce programs / windows small buisness server 2003.

This then allowed me to configure the fax service.

Everything seems to work fine, i.e. we can send / receive and these faxes go into the company web folder and print out on the printer. unfortunately I cant get it to email an alert / fax.

I have set the fax console to email fax@bluegfx.com (I've created a distribution list) but it seems to get an error in the incoming  directory in the Fax console saying (Status Routing failed) I have also tried right clicking the fax and go "mail to" and i get the following error message "mail system dll invalid"

I'd really appreciate it if you could help me out.

Many thanks
