Hi, I am in the midst of setting up a secure WebDav folder for users to access files remotley instead of using FTP.  I have found some documentation on doing so however I am having an issue with enabling Web Sharing of the folder becasue the actual directory of the Website is housed on another server.  For instance the documentation I have says you need to enable sharing via the Web Sharing tab; however, when you click on the folder properties -> Web Sharing it gives you the option to share the folder on a local IIS site, but snce my website is on a different server I am unable to add it to the folder.  Is there anyway around this?  Thank you!

You can go through the following article on enabling webdav on the server
http://www.windowsnetworking.com/articles_tutorials/WebDAV-IIS.html

If you enable the webdav in the IIS server and if the virtual directory is pointing another shared folder in another computer ,i think it should work provided the user has wrtie permission on the shared folder.

Only thing is that you have to be careful with the permissions on the folders
