IE Browser security

Hello I was wondering if someone out that can guide me on or show me a resource I could refer to on  how to go about removing the "Help", "Tools", and "View" menu from Internet Explorer.
I want to lock down IE for some terminal users that I have not deployed yet. I want to start allowing these users to connect in a pilot mode but  IE still has some items I would like to NOT make visable to these terminal server users.
I've used group policies to lock down the user terminal session so I believe I am OK with that.
Thanks
