But I saw many users that had Removed Security TAB from their folders Properties.

Please Must solve this Problem as it is more important.
were those users on NTFS systems of FAT32
I found following help from windows own help. Plz explain how to Implement it.

Remove Security tabRequirements: At least Microsoft Windows XP Professional or Windows Server 2003 family
Location: User Configuration\Windows Components\Windows Explorer\

Description:
Removes the Security tab from Windows Explorer.

If you enable this setting, users opening the Properties dialog box for all file system objects, including folders, files, shortcuts, and drives, will not be able to access the Security tab. As a result, users will be able to neither change the security settings nor view a list of all users that have access to the resource in question.

If you disable or do not configure this setting, users will be able to access the security tab.

ADM File: system.adm
Every user is on NTFS including me.
ahhh i wasnt aware you has AD up and running as yet

you can implement this if you have group policy of course - do you have AD installed
I dont know AD, Please Explain it. Thanks.
Active Directory - Have you got a Domain Environment? - see the links above

I think what you are referring to when you don't see the security tab is on a Windows XP PRO machine that has simple file sharing enabled, or on a Windows XP HOME machine which never shows the security tab.

It also sounds like you have a small organization.  If so, you would be much better off getting Windows Small Business Server because it comes with Active Directory preconfigured.

Please see this article about permissions though to help you with what you are looking for right now:

I am still not satisfied. Please Consider Security Policies and then reply me ....
