Autofill web page items using .net

Is there a way to autofill items on a web page using Visual Studio .NET (Basic Language)?

The following code gets me to the website

        Dim mIe4Obj As New SHDocVw.InternetExplorer

        With mIe4Obj
            .Visible = True
            .Navigate("www.google.com") ' for example :)

            Do While .ReadyState <> SHDocVw.tagREADYSTATE.READYSTATE_COMPLETE
                Application.DoEvents()
            Loop
        End With

How do I autofill the items once I get to a page?

Thanks
